Service Description
The Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage (VMLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the body’s natural ability to cleanse, repair, and restore balance. By enhancing lymph flow, it helps remove toxins and waste, reduce swelling and inflammation, and strengthen immune function — keeping the body’s natural defenses strong. Improved circulation and detoxification may also support healthy metabolism and weight management, helping the body feel lighter and more energised. Many clients experience deep relaxation, reduced stress, and an overall sense of vitality as their system resets and rebalances.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. This allows the opportunity to offer the slot to someone else in need. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or failure to attend an appointment without prior notice, will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. In this case please reach out as soon as possible, and we can discuss rescheduling without any charge.
